Libi Group celebrated a teamwork activity that saw the participation of Frimaca and Inproceca directors and supervisors, during a daylong trip that helped re-charge energies and solidify teamwork by sharing experiences and knowledge meant to not only improve motivation, but also offer a break to the most important resource of both businesses: their employees.
A day for leaders
The activity took place at Altamira’s Posada Corporativa, and saw the participation of Anna Vaccarela and her motivational speech “Renacida”, alongside business advisor and lecturer Atilio Romero, with an interesting talk about the best we have to offer and the resources that our country still has to exploit.
Journalist Anna Vaccarela’s motivational speech has toured all over the country, where she uses her tale of surviving Hodgkin’s Lymphoma as a way to inspire others.
On the other hand, Romero presented a dissertation on the country’s challenging situation, which forces us to go above and beyond, taking into account the best we have to offer, the resources we can count on and all the strengths our country still has to offer, through a grounding cable.
Investing in growth
The idea beyond celebrating these teamwork activities in all the enterprises lead by Mauro Libi Crestani is to invest in the people that work in them, important elements openly recognized as the base for all business development, and the ones responsible for all reached goals.
Besides offering a distraction from the usual daily work routing, the activity was also an excellent stage for participants to share, think on, listen and understand the shared doubts all participants have on the country’s situation, offering the necessary tools to face the challenge they face.
During the activities, 50 organizational leaders (Frimaca, Inproceca) participated enthusiastically, promising that Grupo Libi would continue to celebrate these events in order to re-inforce the teamwork in the business group that, despite the country’s critical situation, continues to grow.
In the Grupo Libi’s vicepresident, Giovanni Malvestuto’s words, these activities will continue to take place, in order to re-inforce teamwork, overcome the obstacles that continue to appear in Venezuela in these times of crisis, and focus on new beginnings and the best-possible work environment, as an ever-growing team. That is the message they all got from the day’s activities, and that they are encouraged to share with all.
