½ cup of liquid milk (125 ml)
6 slices of bread
2 sachets of Avelina® Instant Oatmeal with Strawberry flavor
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
6 tablespoons of oil
½ cup of honey
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk and mix well.
- Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture and then cover each side with Avelina® Instant Oatmeal with Strawberry flavor. Repeat with each slice of bread.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and butter.
- Place the slices of bread in the pan and cook on each side until browned.
- Repeat until all French toast is cooked.
- Serve with honey to taste.
