½ cup diced onion
½ cup of diced paprika
1 cup diced tomatoes
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 ½ cups of mozarella cheese cut into cubes
½ cup Avelina® Quick Cooking Oats
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat a little.
- Add onion, paprika, tomatoes, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese and Avelina® Avena in Traditional Flakes, mix well. Reservation.
- In baking pans, pour the mixture, add the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes at 350ºF until golden brown.
