Almond Chocolate Chip Energy Bars

Time: 30 minutes

Makes 6 bars


  • 2 1⁄2 cups Avelina Instant Raisins Almond Oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, then press the mixture into a square pan. (If the
    mixture looks a little dry, add more almond butter. Moisture will vary depending on how
    creamy the almond butter is).
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, then slice into bars
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week
