Almond Chocolate Chip Energy Bars

Time: 30 minutes
Makes 6 bars
Ingredients:
- 2 1⁄2 cups Avelina Instant Raisins Almond Oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, then press the mixture into a square pan. (If the
mixture looks a little dry, add more almond butter. Moisture will vary depending on how
creamy the almond butter is). - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, then slice into bars
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week
