Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Serves: 9 people
Ingredients:
- 1 package Avelina Selecta Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/6 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup non-dairy milk milk
- 2 eggs, or egg replacement
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 sweet apple
These Baked Apple Oatmeal are perfect for an easy and healthy breakfast throughout the week. Enjoy now or freeze for later!
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease an 8×8 square pan.
- Peel and dice the apple.
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve warm & enjoy! Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
