Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Avelina Selecta Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/6 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk milk
  • 2 eggs, or egg replacement
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 sweet apple

These Baked Apple Oatmeal are perfect for an easy and healthy breakfast throughout the week. Enjoy now or freeze for later!

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease an 8×8 square pan.
  2. Peel and dice the apple.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm & enjoy! Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
