Creamy Chicken Filler


3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon onion diced
¼ cup of ajoporro cortadito
2 cups of boiled cooked chicken
1 avocado (avocado) large
Juice ½ lemon
¼ teaspoon of salt


1.- In a bowl place the Avelina® Quick Cooking Oats, the salt, the sugar and the paprika.
2.- Pour the water, oil and knead the mixture.
3.- Make 4 arepas and cook them in a skillet or hot budare tapaditas until golden brown both sides

Creamy Chicken Filler

1.- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
2.- Add cooked chicken, mix and remove from heat. Let stand.
3.- In a bowl, mash the avocado, add a few drops of lemon and salt. Mix well with the chicken preparation.
4.- Fill the arepas to taste.
5.- If you wish, add some avocado slices.
