Banana Oat Pancakes

Time 30 minutes
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
● 2 packets of Avelina Banana Maple Instant Oatmeal
● ⅓ cup almond flour
● ½ teaspoon baking powder
● ¼ teaspoon baking soda
● ⅛ teaspoon salt
● ½ cup non-dairy milk
● ½ banana
● ⅓ cup non-dairy yogurt
● 1 egg
● 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
● In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Let batter sit for 10 minutes.
● Heat a pan over medium-low heat and grease with non-dairy butter. Scoop the batter onto
the pan. Let cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form. Then, flip the pancakes and
cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
