Chocolate Cake With Oats

Ingredients:
- ½ banana.
- 3 tbsp Avelina Premium Coconut
- 1 egg White
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the mixture into a cup, or mug
- Put the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Carefully, remove the cake from the mug, and decorate to taste
