Cookie Monster Bliss Balls

Time: 20 minutes

Makes 8 bites

Ingredients:

    1 cup Avelina Cinnamon Instant Oats
  • 1⁄4 cup plant protein powder
  • 1⁄2 cup almond butter, or any nut or seed butter
  • 1⁄3 cup honey, or maple or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1⁄4 cup non-dairy chocolate candies

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Roll the dough into balls and store in an
    airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. (If the mixture is dry, add more almond
    butter. Moisture will vary based on how creamy the almond butter is).
