OATMEAL PUDDING

Time: 5 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 cup

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of coconut Avelina rolled oats
  • 1 cup almont milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey. Mix well. Pour a small amount into 1 glass jar or other serving containers.
  • Layer the banana and peanut butter and pour the remaining oat mixture on top. Cover, seal, and let sit overnight. Serve chilled
