Peanut butter banana oatmeal

Time: 10 min.

Serve: 1 bowl

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of cinnamon Avelina Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 dash salt 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2  banana
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp unsalted butter

Directions:

  • Combine the oatmeal, water and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  •  Add the peanut butter, banana, milk and butter and mix gently. Cook for another minute and serve.
  • Decorate to taste and enjoy
