Tropical Granola

Time 90 minutes

Serves 4 cups

Dry Ingredients:

    ● 1 package Avelina Coconut Premium Oatmeal
    ● ½ cup macadamia nuts
    ● ⅓ cup dried cranberries
    ● ⅓ cups coconut flakes
    ● ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ● ¼ teaspoon ginger
    ● ¼ teaspoon salt
    Wet Ingredients:
    ● ½ cup tahini, or your favorite nut or seed butter
    ● ⅓ cup maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener
    ● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ● 1/3c non-dairy white chocolate chips


● Preheat oven to 375 F and line a cookie sheet.
● Place the dry ingredients on the pan and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
● While the ingredients are toasting, combine the wet ingredients.
● Remove the pan from the oven and pour the mixture on top. Mix until the dry ingredients
are well coated, then press the granola firmly on the pan.
● Bake the granola for 18-20 minutes, then let cool for 45 minutes. Break the granola into
pieces, add the white chocolate chips, and store in an air-tight container.
